Which Instagram accounts can I connect?
Pixwall connects to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts need to switch to a professional account before connecting.
How often does my feed update?
Pixwall checks for new Instagram content every hour. You can also start a sync from the app when you want to refresh your feed.
Do I need to edit my theme’s code?
No. Add the Pixwall app block in your Shopify theme editor, then choose your layout, columns, spacing, and heading. Your theme needs to support app blocks.
Can shoppers buy products from my feed?
Yes. With Pro, you can tag Shopify products on your posts. Shoppers can view the linked products and add available items to their cart from the feed.
What happens if I disconnect Instagram?
Disconnecting deletes your connected account’s stored token and copied posts. You stay in control of your account and can reconnect later.
